Stags challenge opponents by belling and walking in parallel, assessing each other’s antlers and body size. If neither stag backs down, a clash of antlers can occur, which can result in injuries

The rut period is approximately 30 days. Occurring from end of August to mid October when weather change for early winter and first rains arrive.

A good Iberian Red Deer trophy is a mature stag with a set of antlers which has matching brow, bez and trez tines and three points in the crown

The best trophies are obtained when individual stags are glassed and stalked

Another method is the driven days with beaters and dogs (montaria). Usually it possible to shoot wild boar, fallow deer and mouflon during the driven hunt.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column centered_text=”true” column_padding=”padding-4-percent” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” width=”1/2″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][vc_gallery type=”nectarslider_style” images=”6554,6552,6551,6550,6549,6548,6547,6546,6545,6544,6543,6542,6541,6540,6553,6863,6862,6861,6860,6859,6858,6857,6856″ flexible_slider_height=”true” bullet_navigation=”true” bullet_navigation_style=”see_through” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row type=”full_width_background” full_screen_row_position=”middle” bg_image=”6598″ bg_position=”center center” bg_repeat=”no-repeat” scene_position=”center” text_color=”light” text_align=”center” top_padding=”15%” bottom_padding=”15%” enable_gradient=”true” color_overlay=”#efb654″ color_overlay_2=”#b37412″ gradient_direction=”left_t_to_right_b” overlay_strength=”0.3″][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” width=”1/1″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][split_line_heading] Iberian Red Deer…
